Yaos Day Spa was born from a simple belief that I carry deep in my heart: healing doesn’t need to be high-tech or complicated. It just needs to be real.
I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine at university in China, where I learned how the body works — not just through anatomy and science, but through energy, touch, and connection. Over the years, I’ve come to trust what I’ve always known in my heart: our hands are the most powerful healing tools we have.
Through gentle pressure, warm oil, and the rhythm of breath, I help my clients reconnect with their bodies, release what they’re holding onto, and feel like themselves again. I specialise in traditional Chinese massage, facial lifting techniques, and scalp therapy — but more than anything, I offer a space where you can slow down and be cared for.
